In this post I'm going to give you 3 important natural tips for helping you deal with acne.

If you already have acne, of any kind: black heads, white heads, postulates, old age acne .... you have to understand that "it has it good" on your skin, it has everything it needs and is not going to go away…without some changes.

So now we get to the first Tip: If you want to make acne disappear, you must cut out whatever sweets or sugar that exists in your diet for a minimum of 6 months.
Without it, your acne will not disappear naturally. Sugar causes the bacteria’s that cause acne to be much stronger than the good bacteria's that compete with it, it gives it a steady supply of sebum in your sebum glands and it weakens your immune system.

sugar rehab is a must

But, here it gets a little complicated .. If your diet includes for example cereals which have a lot of sugar, you also get a lot of good vitamins, proteins or fats along with your cereals. If you cut it out, in the long run you will weaken your body and again it will be difficult to deal with acne. That's why you must do it right.
Here I come to my second Tip – Buy the book I wrote for you as soon as possible. It summarizes clearly and succinctly all the actions you need to take to get rid of your acne.
I know you all like to watch videos that explain all kinds of things to you, but there is no way to escape the truth: if you really want to get rid of acne you have to do a few things at the same time and take into account all kinds of very important and different factors. Instead of watching thousands of videos and reading 20 books, I have collected for you, all the information that really works, from my experience of hundreds of clients over 12 years.

So read the book I wrote for you, it's not too long, it has lovely pictures and brief explanations. There is the colorful digital edition (promotion price until  February 1, 2020). There is a colorful printed edition (Which is more expensive because it is colorful and printed on demand in the USA). BUT, It is relatively cheap compared to the thousands of dollars you would spend trying to get rid of your acne the in the coming years, in most cases without success. Make sure to go all the way step by step, don't skip anything. It may take 3-6 months for the skin to respond – but if you do it right and take into account all the factors, you’ll be amazed by the change.

The third Tip I have for you is to clean your face two or three times a day, with clean cotton, dipped in herbal Tea,

with on it 1-2 drops of cleansing oil (mixture of natural oils and essential oils that you can buy from your favorite natural cosmetic company). Try to buy it from a local company*.

You can brew different herbs whose scent you like, and keep it in the fridge for no more than three days. Then make a new brew. Washing your face to often with soap is harming it's natural defense. The natural oil our bodies produce is good for our skin — it provides a first defense barrier for the external factors.

In my website you will find a recipe for making Aloe Vera Patches. This is something you should learn to prepare from fresh Aloe Vera or from a purchased 100% Aloe Vera liquid for drinking. You can apply it after you clean your face. It will help your skin to recover.

Save this site to your favorites or subscribe under,  log in from time to time to read new tips
and click on through to your colorful digital edition or your colorful printed edition of my book: "treating Your Skin Wisely", so you can start the journey to clearer and healthier skin now, with so many more tips and tricks and eye- opening explanations.
